A. Planning and controlling
To realize an optimized technical and economic result, we work out the planning of plants in co-oporation with the user. In the pre-planning phase we offer consulting to the user, to get quick feasible requirements in consideration of all marginal conditions.
The pre-planning contains the targets, dates, staff and cost-frame.
In the final-planning we present the system configuration.
Apart from the choosing of the single devices and the software the relevant technical
regulations are fixed and the costs are calculated. On special requirements to the
control engineering we check the feasibility by software-simulation.
B. Realization
The realization of a plant and/or the manufacturing of the equipment components is usually assigned at specialized companies based on advertisements. We ensure the management and controlling and the final testing.
On implementations in measure and control engineering we support the user or
deliver the full install. If computer systems are used we offer the configuration and
modification of standard software packages or develop customer oriented process communication
and device controlling software for PC-Systems, stored-programm controller and digital action
controller:

C. Documentation
The design of our documentations allows users, which donīt work every day with gas or circuit layouts, to find the important information quickly and easily. With the photo location it is easy to find the position of a device and to maintain it. The operation of computer controlled plants is easy done by our visual control surfaces. The software is self-declaring, so for the daily operation no manual is required.
