For microprocessor controlled applications we offer:

  Planning

  Software Development

Planning

To realize an optimized technical and economic result, we work out the planning in co-orporation with the user to get quick feasible requirements in consideration of all marginal conditions.

The pre-planning contains the targets, dates, staff and cost-frame.

For the procurement of hardware components and software we inform the user about the current technical standards and propose manufacturer independent hard and software for the application.

The main parameters are:

    • a local or a decentralized application
    • the number of the signals
    • the required cycle times
    • the mathematical and control engineering requirements
    • the required data recording
    • the linking of measure and final control elements and their interfaces

In the final-planning we present the system configuration. Apart from the choosing of the single hardware devices and the software the relevant technical regulations are fixed and the costs are calculated. On special requirements to the control engineering we check the feasibility by software-simulation.

Software Development

We develop customer oriented software for standard microprocessor systems (embedded pc/104), stored-programm controller, digital action controller and industry standard software for 16-/32-bit (realtime) applications in the areas of

    • device controlling, process communication and visual controlling
    • measuring and controlling

For quality assurance at Assembler/C projects we work with structured methods (SA/SD) and at object-oriented projects (C++) we work with the Unified Modeling Method (UML).

  Customer oriented Hard- and Software

In the main these works contain

    • coding the hardware driver
    • configure the interfaces
    • configure the measure and controller algorithms
    • coding the application software
    • testing and start-up procedure
